About the Registry

The registry is coordinated across an international network of trauma and vascular centers, enrolling patients prospectively and following outcomes over time. It was established to answer the questions that single-center series cannot: the long-term durability of stent grafts in young trauma patients, the optimal management of Grade II injuries, and the impact of left subclavian artery coverage.

Data from the registry has produced peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of Vascular Surgery, the Journal of the American College of Surgeons, and the Journal of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, among others.

Regional Directors

The registry is coordinated regionally. Regional Directors support participating centers with enrollment, data quality, and follow-up across 12 regions.
